Star Flights will facilitate refunds in accordance with the applicable terms and fare rules of airlines and suppliers. Please note the following cancellation fees and charges that will be applicable to all bookings:

• A cancellation fee of $100.00 per passenger per booking, in addition to any airline and supplier fees.
• If the payment was made using a credit card, the credit card fee is non-refundable.
• Deposits paid to secure the booking are non-refundable if the decision to cancel is made prior to the final payment.
• Booking fees and any commission paid by the airline and supplier to Star Flights are non-refundable.
